Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systemsHandles general building maintenance work orders as requiredRequirements:
Minimum 5 years' HVAC and refrigeration service experienceMust have knowledge of building systems and physical plantEPA 608 certificationAdvanced knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systemsBoiler experience preferredStrong communications - interpersonal skills and customer relationsWillingness to work evenings and weekends as required at timesHourly pay rate:
$34.
38 to $52.

$24 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
